Drengr Discipline

Not all fires burn openly; some ignite from within. Awaken yours

In its original, most literal meaning, a drengr is a rock that stands on its own out at sea, alone against the raging waves. From this notion arose the concept of the drengr warrior. There is no higher compliment in Old Norse than to be called a drengr – a person with reckless courage in the face of adversity. To be a drengr is to be valiant.

Our Mission

With Aaron as your guide in reclaiming the fire buried under masks and limitations, Drengr Discipline fuses warrior philosophy, hypnotic methods, and holistic principles to help you live authentically and powerfully. These services are merely tools to support Drengr Discipline's overall mission - to help people remember who they were before the world told them who to be. We can use these tools to do just that.

In addition to offering mindset training tools, Aaron is available for speaking engagements where he guides audiences to reconnect with their eternal flame and transform pain into power. Together we can move from chaos into clarity, from victim into victor. We also created a Patreon - a Drengr Disciple community. It’s the heart of what Drengr Discipline stands for.

Our goal is to grow a community and provide the ideal platform to help individuals become physically and mentally stronger versions of themselves – to become their own version of a drengr.

Do you have what it takes to earn this honorable title? Awaken your eternal flame. Strip the facade. Step into your truth.

MEET Aaron Braun,
Your Mind and Spirit Mentor

Many people who see Aaron now see the person he is today and form their own perspective of who he is; however, he hasn’t always been who he is today. He endured over a decade of facing severe states of depression, anxiety, chronic stress, and anger which led to poor lifestyle choices in his day-to-day life. Bad eating habits further led to high blood pressure, chronic fatigue, and even prediabetes.

Now, hindsight is clear: Rome wasn’t built in a day – nor was it destroyed in a day. We are the result of the cumulative behaviors that occur in our day-to-day lives. With every choice we make, we’re either building or decaying. Upon developing the sense of self-realization, Aaron was able to make the choices he knew he had to make to break free from the cycle he was repeatedly enduring.
