    WHAT PEOPLE SAY

    For over 2 years I have been competing in a functional fitness race called Hyrox. Given the well-rounded demands of the competition, I noticed that I needed guidance in bringing all the bits and pieces together.     I met Aaron in late 2023. He was friends with my old coach. At the time, my old coach wasn’t able to extend our relationship due to personal reasons, and I was disappointed that I wouldn’t be able to find someone to “get me” in the same sense.
